Our kletzenbread is a dark sourdough bread with a firm bite. The rich filling of figs, plums, apricots, sultanas, various kinds of nuts and a blend of various spices make kletzenbread a delicious accompaniment to a cheeseboard or a drink.
Kletzenbread is made using traditional methods. Our doughs are prepared on the basis of sourdough with a natural maturation of at least 24 hours. All our raw materials are of very high quality. The combination of savoury and sweet ingredients gives the bread a delicious flavour and aroma. Kletzzz Kletzenbread is available in five diļ¬erent flavours and in various sizes.
